Before initiating a return, please contact our support team at letranhanphuong49@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with clear instructions and a return authorization. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

DOMIVIT offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
